Terms of Service

These terms describe how we scope, quote, and deliver work. A signed statement of work or written agreement can override these general terms where needed.

Scope and approvals

Each project should start with a clear brief, timeline, and acceptance criteria. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or new timeline.

Payments

Payment terms, deposits, milestone billing, and final handoff conditions should be agreed before work begins. Delayed payments may pause delivery.

Intellectual property

Unless a contract says otherwise, project deliverables become transferable after agreed payments are completed. Third-party tools, fonts, plugins, and libraries remain subject to their own licenses.

Warranty and support

We aim to deliver working, reviewed builds, but no website or app is guaranteed to be free of defects or future platform changes. Optional support plans can be arranged separately.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WebApp Loom is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or client-side changes made after handoff.
